The Live Chat service is aimed at students who have a quick question about their visa or immigration status for studying in the UK. For more complicated questions, a visa advice appointment may be offered.

Please attend your appointment promptly.Ìý If you need to cancel or re-book your appointment for another time/date, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, so that the booking can be offered to another student.
During the appointment a Visa Advisor will help you check your answers in your online visa application and also check your documents, before you submit and pay for your application.
To fully enrol for your course you will need to complete a Right to Study check and provide the University with evidence of your nationality and immigration status by uploading your documents. Please follow the steps on the Welcome Website
If you are experiencing difficulties in uploading your documents for the Right to Study check, or your documents have been rejected and you’re unsure how to proceed, then you can with us for further support and assistance.
You must bring your original passport document to your appointment. We cannot accept copies or photos of your passport as proof of your identity at this appointment.Ìý
