By following this link ‚ you will be able to browse through our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to see if your problem can be resolved without having to call ServiceLine. If your query cannot be answered by our FAQs you can instantly raise a new request and be assured it will be assigned to the appropriate technical support team.
In addition, you can easily view the progress made on new and existing requests as well as add additional information to assist iSolutions in resolving your enquiry.
Our site will give you instant access to significant service news and we aim to grow and develop this portal further in the future.
In addition, starting on 14 December, ServiceLine Assist will launch.
ServiceLine Assist is your opportunity to get direct, face to face support from our professional team.
Every Wednesday (aside from University closure days), we will have a Help Desk within the Hartley Library, specifically aimed at giving you face to face support for your basic University IT enquiries.
Come and see us in the foyer on Level 2, between 1 and 4pm.
