The University is seeking expressions of interest from internal candidates for the roles of:
- Chief Information Officer (CIO)
- Academic Registrar
Chief Information Officer (Level 7)
The CIO will play a key strategic role in building an information-driven University ensuring that our information is accessible, useful and accurate. The role will also be responsible for ensuring our IT and its associated architecture, systems and services support and enable our business.
The successful candidate will provide the strategic thinking and the influence required to embed a culture of innovation and continuous advancement in technological solutions and shape a highly advanced information environment.
The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and has line management responsibility for iSolutions.
Academic Registrar (Level 7)
The Academic Registrar is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the University’s academic quality and standard, and enhancement activities, ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework. This role also has overall responsibility for and leadership of all aspects of the student record. They will work collaboratively with faculties and the wider University to ensure the effective operation of both central and faculty based services to students, resulting in a quality, customer focused service.
The successful candidate will continue to develop the Academic Registry and student administration services, researching and implementing new approaches that will support the University in meeting its strategic objectives.
The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and has line management responsibility for Student and Academic Administration.
