Following the success of our Masters Open Day last Wednesday 5 December,聽we would like to take the opportunity to thank our University community for their lasting dedication and support.
Our student ambassadors and colleagues welcomed over 360 prospective master students onto our festive campus to find out more about the University’s postgraduate taught offering.
Our President and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sir Christopher Snowden commented:
鈥淚 want to thank everyone who worked hard to make this Masters Open Day such a success. It was an event that was very well received by our visitors. I understand that Open Day events are demanding in terms of effort, but they are so important in attracting students and showcasing what Southampton has to offer.鈥�
鈥淚t was great to see our community working together to create an outstanding experience for our prospective students and their guests. Without our current students, Students鈥� Union, academic and professional services colleagues, including our grounds and catering teams, the event wouldn’t have been the success that it was. I am very grateful to our University community for coming together.”
