Events and workshops
Take the time to unwind during your studies where you can. Free events and workshops run throughout the year including Pets as Therapy, the wellbeing pop-up café, and Be Active activities such as badminton, pickleball, zumba, frisbee, and squash. .
The Student Hub – we’re here for you
24/7, 365 wellbeing support is available to you via The Student Hub. Our wellbeing advisors can discuss any support you need, both academically and personally, and give you advice and guidance. Our practitioners and counsellors can also offer further specialist support, and signpost you to appropriate services outside of the University.
