There have been a number of changes in our Professional Services directorate over recent months.

- In June we announced a series of changes to the alignment of teams in the former Engagement and Advancement directorate including the creation of a new bespoke directorate for Communications. Emily Fingland joined us on 2 September as the new Executive Director of Communications.
- We are also pleased to welcome Chris Griffin who is taking up the new post of Director of Organisational Risk and Resilience in the Governance, Legal and Strategy Implementation directorate on 1 October. He joins us from the University of Warwick, where he is currently the Head of Risk and Resilience.
- On 5 September we also announced the appointment of the new Chief Digital and Information Officer, Richard Strange, who will join us in November.
- Two new Associate Directors of Faculty Operations join the Faculty Operating (ADoFO) Service: Ali Craig joined us on 12 August as ADoFO in Faculty of Arts and Humanities, having come from University of Hull where she was Director of their Academic Service Centre. Olga Lewellyn starts on 1 October in Faculty of Medicine, joining us from the University of Portsmouth where she has been Head of Campus Partnerships.
