Our dedicated wellbeing services are accessible via and are here for you 24/7, 365 days a year. Whether you are feeling anxious, stressed, or just need someone to talk to, you can get in touch with the team by calling 02380 599 599, , or emailing studenthub@soton.ac.uk.
You can also come see us in person – The Student Hub is available across our campuses during the opening times on the website, while the dedicated wellbeing services are available 24/7 for in person walk-ins via The Student Hub in Building 37 on Highfield Campus.
A team member will provide you with a safe space to talk things through and support you in working out the right next steps – be it further support, guidance, strategies on dealing with various issues, or much more.

If you are looking for a fun way to get moving and meet new people, the free Be Active programme has a wide range of activities taking place on Highfield Campus and in Winchester. From running groups to badminton, frisbee, pilates, and a virtual dance class, you will be able to find something you enjoy and boost your wellbeing in the process.ÌýÌý
