A Remembrance Day commemoration, organised by the Faith and Reflection Centre together with colleagues from Student Experience and Engagement, took place on Monday 11 November 2024, on Jubilee Plaza on Highfield Campus.
The service was conducted by the Reverend Sarah Hall and included a two-minute silence, the last post and the laying of wreaths to allow people to remember those who have lost their life in service and suffered as a result of war.听
All staff, students and University visitors were invited to attend, and attendees were invited to the Faith and Reflection Centre (B6) afterwards for free tea, coffee and biscuits.
