Victoria Jackson (she/her) is a Lecturer in Computer Science.
Her research focuses on the human aspects of software engineering, especially on creativity, collaboration, and accessibility. Increasingly, my research examines the impact of AI on software engineering from a human-centric perspective.
Before her academic career, Victoria worked in the technology industry for over 20 years, primarily in financial services. This rich industry experience of building and delivering software informs her research interests. Moreover, Victoria strives to ensure her work remains relevant to industry by situating her research in industry and by providing actionable implications for practitioners.
