Project overview
This project involved the co-design and co-construction of a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) package focused on mentorship, developed in close collaboration with Early Career Teacher (ECT) Programme Coordinators from local schools. The initiative aimed to foster a participatory approach to professional learning by engaging practitioners directly in the creation of content that reflects their lived experiences and contextual needs.
