Suzanne is an experience student learning and academic developer and is currently working in the CHEP Assessment Consultancy as part of the Advancing Assessment Strategic Major Project. She is supporting programme teams from across the University of Southampton in understanding and developing their assessment practice. This includes Programme-Level Assessment, feedback literacy for staff and students, Southampton's Transformative Assessment Re-design with Students (STARS), and working with students-as-partners in co-design.
Suzanne has previously led courses in learning and teaching (PGCert HE), and Business studies (Business Management and Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship), and has a wide range of teaching experience in business, marketing, management, research methods, and history. Her research interests include creative research methods, pedagogy, aesthetics and identity.
